At Go Beyond we offer a safe and educational environment to children of all abilities, providing opportunities to grow socially and academically, while preparing kids to be creative and confident in all aspects of their lives.
Continuity of Care is at the center of all that we do. With the addition of our childcare program in 2024, we're so excited to watch children grow beginning from infancy, through toddlerhood, and into their preschool years, prior to entering Kindergarten. We believe all children can learn and benefit from direct instruction. Children deserve a safe, caring, and stimulating environment to learn and prepare for the world ahead of them.
From the very beginning of life, Go Beyond believes in making pre-academics a priority and therefore enforces a very language-enriching environment for our children. By remaining a small program, hiring quality staff and providing early and accurate resources to families, we proudly label ourselves as a safe, reliable and quality program that families can depend on.
Most importantly, we strive to develop the highest level of trust with our children and their families, who place their trust in us each day. Our doors are technically locked during school hours but we still hold an "open door policy" - Families are always welcome in at any time of their child's day!
Partnership Approach
At Go Beyond, we believe that a strong partnership with our children's families is essential to learning and growing. We want to empower our children to reach their highest potential and that starts from very young. We believe in helping establish healthy habits and routines, to help guide curiosity and learning. By having dedicated teachers and on-site specialists within reach at all times of the day, we believe we are providing the best learning environment we possibly can.
Go Beyond is also connected to Beyond Boundaries Therapy and Wellness. Beyond Boundaries is a company devoted to empowering families and enriching the lives of children and adults by going above and beyond to provide the most client-centered and evidence-based services for families in the FM community and beyond. Walking side by side with families throughout their health and wellness journeys, they provide a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals.
Go Beyond is so grateful to have such educated professionals on-site. We provide annual screenings, only with parents permission, but also offer the opportunity to request a screening whenever a concern should arise. These screenings can be done while the child is in our care or at a time when the parent is able to be present. Regardless, our therapists will communicate with families following the screening.
For children receiving services at Beyond Boundaries - The therapists are able utilize the "push in" model within our classrooms to help with functional activities of daily life, but also pull children out during appropriate times that will not be disruptive to their learning. Schedules are always discussed with families and classroom teachers prior to beginning.
Health & Safety
Proper handwashing hygiene is taught to our children from the very first day they're with us, regardless of age, and is addressed throughout the entire day by both staff and children. Toys and materials are sanitized weekly at a minimum, with additional items being washed/sanitized more frequently. Toxic and unsafe substances/materials are stored in locked cabinets, out of the reach of all children. All electrical outlets are capped and any sharper objects such as scissors, are used only under the direct supervision of a teacher.
With some enrolled children having weaker immune systems than otherwise "typical children," it is even more important that children are kept home if they are not feeling well.
The health and safety of our children and their families is our absolute top priority.
