Owner

In 2025, LaDonna added a new title to her resume: Owner of Go Beyond, joining her longstanding role as President and CEO of Beyond Boundaries Therapy and Wellness.

Driven by a deep commitment to serving children and families, LaDonna is known for her creative, out-of-the-box thinking that brings big ideas to life. When planning the Go Beyond building, she played a hands-on role in shaping its vision and future, ensuring that every detail reflected her mission to expand access to care.

LaDonna's heart lies in the relationships she builds—with employees, patients, families, and the broader community. Her unwavering passion for helping others has always been at the core of her leadership and is what makes her an inspiring force behind both Beyond Boundaries and Go Beyond.

Lynsie

Director

Meet Lynsie, our vibrant and dedicated Director at Go Beyond! With the 2021-2022 school year marking her inaugural solo directorship, Lynsie radiates enthusiasm for the future of our program.

Equipped with a bachelor's degree in child development from NDSU, Lynsie's lifelong passion for working with children shines through in her every endeavor. Lynsie has worked with every age group and in several different positions but her role as Director of Go Beyond has been her favorite; she wholeheartedly embraces this role as a guiding force in early childhood education. Family holds a special place in her heart and Go Beyond has quickly become a true extension of her own family.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lynsie finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether lounging by the lake, spending quality time with her beloved boys, indulging in a cup of coffee, or sprinkling her conversations with a dash of humor, Lynsie infuses warmth and laughter into every interaction. With her infectious spirit and genuine love for what she does, Lynsie embodies the heart and soul of Go Beyond!

Amanda

Program Support Lead

Introducing Amanda, our dedicated Program Support Lead, who joined our team in 2022 bringing with her a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for supporting children, families, and educators alike!

Armed once with a teaching degree, complemented by a background in speech-language pathology, ASL (American Sign Language), and work with children of varying abilities, Amanda brings a unique blend of knowledge, compassion, and adaptability to every corner of our program.

After serving as our Lead Preschool Teacher from 2022 through the 2025-2026 school year, Amanda transitioned into the role of Program Support Lead, where she now supports classrooms, educators, children, and families across our entire program.

In her role as Program Support Lead, Amanda works closely with classrooms, staff, and families to help create a nurturing, inclusive, and well-supported environment for all. From supporting social-emotional development to helping problem-solve and build meaningful connections, Amanda’s calm presence and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable part of our team.

Amanda’s love for puzzles, trivia, camping, and of course, coffee, brings creativity and positivity into her work each day. Outside of Go Beyond, she enjoys spending time with her teenage son, devoted husband, and their beloved fluffy companion while exploring the outdoors and making cherished memories together.

Driven by her passion for parent education and child development, Amanda is dedicated to supporting children, families, and educators with a thoughtful, child-centered approach that helps everyone feel seen, supported, and empowered.

With her warm smile and unwavering dedication, Amanda embodies the spirit of Go Beyond, helping our program continue to grow, thrive, and shine.

Jill

Lead Childcare Teacher

Meet Jill, another one of our beloved Assistant Teachers at Go Beyond, who began her journey also with us in 2022. Jill's connection with our program runs deep, as her daughter once flourished as a preschooler within our very own nurturing walls, providing Jill with invaluable insight into our core values and mission.

A true bookworm at heart, Jill finds solace and joy in the pages of a good book, indulging her love for reading whenever she can steal a moment away. However, her greatest joy stems from spending quality time with her cherished family, including their delightful assortment of furbabies, who bring laughter and warmth into their home.

In the bustling hub of our classroom, Jill shines as our resident "mama bear," bringing a sense of calm and organization to even the most chaotic of moments. Her dedication to maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment for our young learners is unwavering, earning her the admiration and gratitude of all students.

Jill's journey with us has been one of remarkable growth and transformation, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, as we prepare to embark on an exciting new chapter in our journey, Jill has graciously accepted the challenge of stepping into the role of Lead Teacher in our new childcare program!

Our delightful Ms Paige became a vital part of our team in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping children grow! May of 2026 she transitioned into the Lead Teacher position.

Armed with a degree in child development from NDSCS, Paige's dedication to nurture young minds shines through in everything she does.

Paige has a deep-seated love for the great outdoors, finding joy in exploring new horizons and going on adventures whenever the opportunity arises. Outside of work hours, Paige can often be found spending time with family and almost always babysitting, as if she doesn't get enough time with children during her 40hour work week! Paige embraces the wonders of the world with boundless curiosity and excitement.

Behind her gentle demeanor lies a heart of gold, brimming with compassion and a genuine passion for helping our little ones thrive. Paige's natural talent for maintain order and cleanliness may seem mundane to some, but it plays a crucial role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students to learn and grow.

We have felt beyond grateful to have her on board, contributing her unique talents and dedication to the growth of our program. With each passing day, we look forward to witnessing Paige's continued impact on our community and the bright future she helps to shape for our young learners.

Introducing Carlie, one of our wonderful Assistant Teachers, who brings warmth, creativity, and a true passion for early childhood into our classrooms each day!

Carlie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and, after discovering her love for working with children, made the meaningful transition into early childhood education. She has experience working with children of all ages and abilities, with the majority of her work focused on infants through age five.

One of the greatest joys of Carlie’s role at Go Beyond is getting to have her young son by her side throughout the workday, making her connection to children and families even more special and personal.

Carlie deeply values quality relationships with family and friends and loves cheering on her younger sisters and cousins at their many sporting events and activities. Whether she’s watching a game from the sidelines or diving into a messy art project, she brings enthusiasm and heart into everything she does. She especially enjoys hands-on arts and crafts, particularly the kind she can create alongside her son.

With her nurturing personality, playful spirit, and genuine love for children, Carlie helps create a classroom environment where little learners feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
